Highly Experienced LAMP developer required.

We require an experienced LAMP developer .
The first 3-4 days must be on site. If everything is looking good at that point, remote will be possible.
In terms of skills of the skills we need, specifically, STRONG skills in the following (At least 5yrs+ full time professional development in a commercial development environment)...

AJAX
CSS (CSS3)
Experience with Google API's is an advantage.

The ability to translate mocks into HTML & CSS is essential.
Our styles are already established and are held on an in house CMS system.
The CMS doesn't provide any help in terms of creating markup, so the ability to hand code is vital. This aspect of the job will require you to be able to chop markup into snippets, and follow the coding pattern already in use on our CMS. This also includes the use of Smarty tags. There are lots of code examples to use, so you won't be starting from scratch.

The work is all on site and will mainly be dealing with ad-hoc tasks to enhance the user experience on certain pages, repair problems on others, and introduce some new front end functionality using data served from methods of classes we already have. The coding is 90% complete, and the various classes for dealing with DB calls, and application functionality already exist.

You will mainly be dealing with adding/enhancing/repairing front end functionality.
You must be quick, methodical and test & document your work thoroughly.
You will be working with a DB & .net developer & back end PHP developer to complete the tasks.

We anticipate 5 - 10 days work.
The first half day is to be counted as an extended trial/interview. (paid).
If that goes ok the next 4 days will be on site in Brentwood/Shenfied Essex.
It is a minimum of 8 hours a day from 09:00 - 17:00.
Lunch is 1 hour (not payed).
If you want to work more than the 8 hours, that's fine too.

The work is on site until we are all happy with the levels:
We will not pay outside PPH.
We will not provide up-front payments.
When on site, all your work is for us.
We do not provide addittional travel expenses.
You will be working on our machines, not your own.
Because of problems with time wasters, I'm afraid you will need to have recieved a good few poitive feedbacks within PPH. (Sorry to any genuine people trying to get a foot hold, time wasters are messing it up for you)
