High street Illustraion / graphic

We are putting together a shopping related webpage. We would like an illustration of a "typical traditional" UK market town / high street that can be used as a background image at 1024x768. The top third should be able to be used on its own as a header if necessary so 1024 x 200 - 1024 x 256 representing an assortment of shops such as butcher, baker, hairdresser, ladies fashion, greengrocer, bank, bookshop, etc. This top part is the most important detail.

The buildings should be non-uniform (i.e. it is not a modern shopping precinct we are looking for). We would also like a few people in the scene walking past the shops - i.e. again a typical scene, with one or two on mobile phones, some carrying shopping bags, some friends talking, one with a dog, etc. For the full picture (i.e. the bottom 2 thirds) this can be an extended scenario such as a market square (but without market stalls - or it would spoil the view) a few benches, maybe a little pond, etc. The people should be on a separate layer so that the image can be manipulated to fit certain scenarios and final edits by the webdesigner.

The artwork can be a sketch, pastel colours, cartoon type outline or other artistic interpretation - I hope this makes sense, please let me know if you have any questions.
