High resolution logo reproduction required - Urgent

Please see the attached file. I need someone to reproduce the two logos shown in section 1 as high res images in jpg and other formats, colour and black and white. The images in section 2 are examples of what I would like produced (again as individual images) for all the terms shown in section 3, again high res and multiple formats. I'm interested in suggestions as to formats required etc but we do not plan to change the logo itself.

This job is being posted on behalf of a small charity so keen prices are needed and a quick turn around is required.
