High Quality Link Building to Improve Google UK Ranking

My website sells personalised gifts. These gifts are suitable for many occasions but are particularly relevant for weddings (ushers, best man, bridesmaids etc) and birthdays.

I am currently on Google for a number of keywords, mostly pages 2-4. The website has been established for 9 months.

I am looking for someone to deliver high-quality, sector relevant UK based backlinks to push my website towards positions 1-3 in google. Quality is the key here and I do emphasise that the backlinks must be relevant to my website

It’s important that you’re willing to spend some time on the phone with me to help me understand a little more about SEO.

I will require a weekly spreadsheet showing the links and anchor text created.

Guidelines
- Absolutely no black hat or Grey hat tactics.
- I prefer sites with PR2 or above
- Not keen on article directories unless very relevant.
- Free one-way manual links.
- Linked sites must be search engine friendly, established and fully active.
- Pages must be indexed and cached by Google, Yahoo and Bing within last 30-60 days
- Domains must be from different IP addresses and different Class-C IP addresses.
- Links that are not approved will have to be replaced.
-The page where you will put my link should not have more than 100 external links
