Help with our Word press Blog?

I would like a word press and SEO expert to give me some advice and help with our daily blog. The blogs are fully optomised using Yoast SEO pluggin. I have had the onsite SEO done. We are trying to rank on google for the keyword 'fitness holiday' and we are on the first page but want to be number one. We are already paying a company for ongoing SEO for this keyword. Also when I search on 'google blog search' we are no where, even though we blog every day on word press. I am worried there is something wrong with what I am doing and need help to find out? Can you please help me?
