Working on the website www.eager-beaver.net I need the following changes applied. This project is self funded so, depending on cost, I may not be able to do everything in the below list at once, but I will need as much done as I can. So, I am looking for programmers to look at the list and estimate how much it would cost, either itemising each point or the whole project at once?
Let me know... Thanks
i. Once someone uploads an event, this should automatically be added to their own personal calendar.
ii. Once a user has logged in they have a small mini snip of their profile which has the following fields: ‘Messages’, ‘My Events’, ‘Friends’... I need the ‘My Events’ changed to ‘Events Attending’ and additional field ‘Events Uploaded’ added- this will need to be programmed and be a total of all the events a user has uploaded. When a user clicks on ‘Events Uploaded’ this should list all of the users events uploaded- if they have not uploaded any events there should be a prompt asking to upload their event.
iii. On the calendar filter, I need the field ‘type’ populated with the event ‘discipline’ field. This data is entered whenever an event is added so it just needs linking to the field and obviously manipulates the results on the calendar.
iv. Uploaded photos- when a user uploads a photo no preview confirmation (thumbnail?) of the images uploaded is shown, nor is there an ability to select which one of the photos the user would like as a ‘main photo’.
v. The individual events need to display how many users have clicked attending. A simple count visible to all on the event page?
vi. Event Organisers should be able to see and message all the users that have clicked ‘attending’ on each of their events.
vii. There is no way, when viewing an event from the sites back end to add / edit event photos?
viii. Events should also display how many of a user’s friends are attending each event individually. A simple count, unique to each user.
ix. When adding an event, in the 'country' field there needs to be a 'central' field added for England.
x. On the main calendar, there is a ‘beaver’ icon which is used when ever there is more than one ‘type of event’ on a particluar day... Currently this has a white background, which means when it appears on grey & coloured background it appears with a white box around it. So background colour needs changing to clear for this icon.
xi. The website link displayed in an event’s description does not open ‘in a new window’. It currently opens in ‘current window'. Also needs an email icon next to it.
xii. When adding an event, currently the site cannot have a start date and end date on different dates. So, there is no need to have a separate ‘date’ entry field. The finish date might as well be removed, so just having the single ‘date of event’ input.
xiii. Calendar error, glitch needs fixing when inputting the above date. The word calendar remains visible and that should be hidden when the calendar pops open over it.
