Help to arrange presentation dates with clients

Twice a year we travel all over the UK giving presentations to clients. One person can have up to 60 appointments to make covering a period of 4 weeks.

Organising all of this takes us a lot of time and we need some help.

We need someone who has great organisational and communication skills (we are a customer service agency and must project the right image).

That someone MUST also have a great "feel" for the geography of the UK and travel times to make sure that all appointnets can be met
