Help think, develop, execute and improve my online strategy (and teach me)

I am a professional coach specialised in working with children. I have a number of not very up to date sites and I want to move my business forward. However I know nothing (literally) of how to do it. I just painfully managed to update some pages in wordpress, struggle with facebook and have a twitter account that I have never used. I want somebody to help me think, develop and create the right strategy for my business, train me in how to execute it and support me in doing it, and then help me improve it as we go.

My end goal is simple: to get more clients calling me.

I have a number or articles written but not published yet. I have a list of blog ideas as long as my arm but haven't done them a I have no idea what to do with them when I have them. Somebody told me about PR ranking and i thought she was talking about QPR football team... just to give you an idea of the challenge ahead.

I don't want you to do it all for me. I want to learn. I am not looking for an "in and out" type of project but a more of a professional and continuous relationship until I am up and running.

As my business is just starting up (well, I actually don't have a business at all yet) I need to keep cost down.
