I've got a number of aspx pages which are front ends to a data driven Saas app. As such, there are a lot of postback events. The problem is that whenever a postback occurs the page has to totally refresh. This is causing an annoying flicker on the page which starts to refresh at the top of the page and then returns to the position prior to the refresh.
