Help installing a Google Map API on my site with additional options

I need help installing a google map on my site that is interactive, so people can click on something and it will bring up more information. I am interested in it looking like this: http://www.findaspring.com/ with the option to click on the pin and read more information below. I would also like to have a submit area like they have, however I would like to have that linked to a payment page. I already have paypal set up and would like the payment to go through there if possible, however I am open to suggestions. I am not sure if Google Map is the way to go for this but it seems to be the best. I haven't been able to find any other programs out there that have the zooming functions like google map does.
