Help improving a website I am building

I have built a website using HTML coding and CSS, no fancy software just me and google searches guiding me. The basics are there but I need some help with making it look nicer. I need some drop downs from navigation bar. I have a form for enquiries which I have built by adapting one I found online, but would like that to look nicer and my images are through tables. I’d like someone to take the images I have and make them cutting edge, so photoshop knowledge would be great.

Any suggestions for improvements as you work on it would be greatly appreciated also.

I need someone to basically look at what I have built and make it look professional. I need to be able to amend it afterwards as my company develops and adapts so would appreciate if there were explanations put in within the html and css which guides me through how this was achieved.
I’m not a fan of loads of animation and flash which slows down a website but I have seen a website I like the look at which has images changing. I will let you know what ones I like the look of when you start working on this.
I am a start up business so have limited funds to spend on this hence me trying to do it myself.
