Help get my Phd proposal and dissertation completed

I am trying to put together a Phd proposal and dissertation in Nuclear Engineering. The project is about writing a code that well use the monte carlo method to compute the dose in a pixelated patient anatomy. The project well utilize new mc techniques to make it faster then designa another code to solve the problem in adjoint mode.
I have started several things but I need help getting to the final product.
