Help finish a 1/2 designed website 5-6 pages on WORD PRESS

I have started a 5-6 page website w Fat Cow Word Press and can't seem to get any further. I need someone to step in and help with what I have plus add a lil flare where it's needed. Needs to connect to all social media, RSS, google ranking, blog. It is a simple set up for a small personal business. Needs to be able to handle pictures as well as video. I am a organization consultant and interior designer. My business is intimate and personal so my site needs to read that way. Colors are a big deal to me so someone who is a bit artistic is a plus. Job needs to be finished by 8/25
