Help completing my Phd. proposal and dissertation

I am putting together a Phd. proposal and dissertation in Nuclear Engineering. The project is about writing a code that well use the Monte Carlo methods to compute dose in a pixelated patient anatomy. The code well utilize new mc techniques to make it faster in the forward mode then design a another code to solve the problem in adjoint mode.
I have written a great part of the codes using several languages and started several writings but I need help getting to the final proposal and dissertation. I have been working on this for several years and would like to complete it ASAP.
I would like a person to assemble the documents for me based on my discussion with them and papers I have collected.
I will compensate accordingly. The price posted is my best current best estimate and can be adjusted accordingly.
