Health check on our email / website set-up

Description: We run a small art selling business. We have a website hosted with Network Solutions and associated email addresses. We have a database of contacts to whom we send occasional group emails. the majority of these go via constant contact but we have send group BCC mails to batches of 100 clients at a time. Our IP address has been put on some danger lists but i am not sure if it is as a result of these group emails or if we have been hijacked by spammers. We are receiving emails but i have spoken to a few clients whose emails to us have bounced back so i am very concerned that our business is suffering as a result.

I would like somebody to do a health check on our set-up - identify if we do have a spam problem and perhaps help with getting a new unadulterated ip address.
