Headhunters Required

We require full-time headhunting specialists with a clear recruitment background having worked on mid / senior appointments.

We are not interested in those that are not from a respected recruitment background or native English speaker.

We will perform an initial test phase to see whether you are able to perform. Therefore we will not accept bids that require a minimum deposit only.

We will work on an initial trial and provide any relevant training. However, we will expect the person to:

1. Use boolean search techniques via Google to find relevant people
2. Use our database to identify suitable people
3. Generate contact information for point 1 from the firms candidates work for - mobiles and emails
4. Email all relevant candidates that we agree to contact with a certain email pitch
5. Chase-up two days after point 4 and pitch over the phone - bearing in mind the people you will speak with will not be interested to move, so persuade them professionally
6. Arrange detailed interviews with all relevant people. Generate referrals from those still not interested
7. Interview in details with our set process
8. Originate and format CV' to our standard
9. Provide us with the final shortlist and reasons for choosing your top three candidates

We will provide telephone access via VOIP and pay for this subscription.

We expect the person to be able to work Saturday through to Wednesday 6-7 AM UK time. Eight hrs / day 5 days a week. We may discuss other aspects of compensation.

You may work from home and will require internet speed at home at least 1 MB / second upload speed and a computer that has a high processor speed.
