Hi everyone, I'll keep this short and sweet and if anyone can help out please get in touch.
My best friends are getting married in September and both are massive doctor who fans. they have been there for through a lot so I wanted to try and repay the favour in some way. so here's the tricky bit....
I thought I could try and get Matt Smith, who plays the doctor to record a congratulations message for them from inside the TARDIS sadly I don't have the know how or contacts to go about this
I am seeking a guru to help out and try their best to get this done. Cost wise, I have no idea how much it'll cost but any help would be grateful
