Gravity Forms & New Blog Template Plugin integration

We use Gravity Forms User Registration Add on as well as Gravity Forms Stripe+ More add on in order to do custom WordPress Network user and site registration with a recurring payment and one-time setup fee. We also need to use WPMU's New Blog templates to select a theme and copy that theme/site's settings, plugins, menus, content etc. onto the newly registered site. Just to clarify, the end product on this project should be a Gravity Forms Add-On that can be installed on any WP installation with Gravity Forms with User Registration. I will hold all rights to the plugin.
