Graphics for Website

We need a graphic designed for our website. The graphic is to represent a 4 step process to our clients and make it more visually appealing than the text we currently have on webiste.

Each step in the process will have a heading and then a small paragraph of text.
Something along the lines of the below image, but we haven't seen something that hits the mark.
