Graphic logo animated

This is hopefully a quick task for someone who knows how to do it.

I have a logo consisting of the letter "a" in a square box. I would like this letter to revolve clockwise inside the box preferably as an animated gif or equivalent.

The attached file is the logo in its current form to give you an idea of what it looks like and the idea is that I am hosting a series of seminars and would like this animation showing on the screen while guests arrive.

** Added:- as the attached file is quite small (and I do not have a bigger, higher quality image) if you would also like to build into your quote the price for creating a much bigger, higher quality static logo, this would be good.

So to clarify, the job is to create a higher res image of the attached and then a 2nd animated version with the revolving "a". Sorry to change the goal posts slightly.
