Graphic Designer, Illustrator, Visual Artist. Wanted!!

Hi Guys,
I’m in a bit of a pickle. I’m currently working on a project at the moment designing t-shirts. I have a number of ideas and concepts, but I need a graphic designer/illustrator to help turn them into a reality.
I’m not particularly interested in your experience or qualifications, as long as you can demonstrate that you’re highly competent in your field. I also require someone that can follow direction and can grasp concepts easily. At the same time I would still want you to stay creatively true yourself and put your own stamp on the work. Also I’m working towards a tight deadline at the moment so if you have a hectic schedule, this may not be for you.
