Graphic designer for digital magazine

we are launching a digital magazine promoting small businesses, they get a full page advert and on the opposite page - q & a about their business.
What we need is a graphic designer who can create adverts for the magazine, design the magazine and if needed, alter any artwork provided by the clients.
The magazine to start with is free of charge to advertise, and the software that we use means we have to create the magazine, convert to a pdf and upload to the software for the programme to convert into a flip book.
For the right person, this will be a long term project with great earning potential.
