Graphic design / photoshop small project

I have a double sided postcard designed in microsoft publisher that I need recreating in photoshop or similar in high quality format for printing. There are 2 designs, both very similar in layout but with different text. I have a .psd template for the size with margins/bleed lines etc. and the design is already done, just need this copying into photoshop. Am in quite a rush for this so somebody that can do this for me asap would be great.
