Graphic design of a proposal form - 3 versions

Hi,

I have to send proposals to my customers on a very regular basis.

These are currently text only, but I would like the to be better looking, as I am mving to a new system of sending the proposals.

Background

The proposals are sent to consumers which buy tubular motors to automate their roller shutters, as well as complete roller shutters.

Customers range in age from 30 to 65, with the majority between 40 and 65

As there are different parts, accessories and things like guarantees mentioned in the proposal, these are quite lengthy.

I have attached a word document with the text of one of the proposals.

What I would like

I would like to have 3 different designs as an end result.

The challenge is to create designs that enhance the text in a way that the text becomes easier to understand and will have more impact.

This means things like fonts used, text size and the right colours are of more importance to me than graphical elements.

Technical details

The proposals will be sent by e-mail, can be viewed on-line and printed as a PDF.

That's just to let you know how they are used, as I would only require the design, the rest will be taken care of.

Further project details

The project will start as soon as I find the right freelancer

The work will have to be made as "made for hire"", with which I mean that the work / design is ours (after payment is made in full of course) so it can freely be used by
myself exclusively

Feel free to include pictures in the design if you want.
