Graphic design/illustration

Hello, i am looking for a smart,creative,young minded photoshop/illustator guru.
To work with our clothing line on an ongoing project. Our design are simple and straight forward. Mainly text effect, shapes/line drawing, cartoon design, converting photo to drawing, Dot and tone effect, applying colors, starting a design from scatch. I will allocate four designs in each project and the price can be negotioated as the case may be. This is urgent so happy bidding.
