Graphic design for product packaging

Looking to add a sleeve to what is currently a plain boxed product. Box is flat shaped, roughly A5 sized and 25mm thick. I have product photos, copy text, EAN barcode. I need someone to graphic design the sleeve and supply a print ready design. Front, back and two sides. This job is for a single product sleeve, but i have a fair number of products coming online over the next few months and looking for someone i can work with longer term for general product package branding.
