Graphic comics artist

I have a bit of a strange request.. I love music, and super heros, and comics.
My plan is to design a comic strip, with these 3 elements... I want it dark and sinister, but with a super hero, defeating all evil with the power of music to enlighten them
The main theme being everyone has a dark side, but music can always make you feel better... Maybe a super hero with a sword, and when he cuts/slices into evil the blood spatters can as when there flying thru the air can turn into musical notes,
But I want this all "sin city" style. Like the blood being red, the colour in the characters eyes
I have a couple of pictures I would like to be included... Would be be ok to send them over to you? Also I would like to use lyrics from my favourite artist as the words for the dialog.. Does this sound possible to you?
Now here comes the cool part, I want this then turned into a tattoo sleeve...
Don't know how much your charge...
But I'm no good a story's this is why I need your help,
