Graphic & Animation using Vector / Flash

I want to setup a website for a client who is in movie production. I want to design a graphic scene using vector in Flash. This image will be used as a banner on the website.
The design starts with a deer (with no horn) with his head down eating grass perhaps and most of his body covered by the gross. A farm sound or bird is part of the scene. Then the deer raises his head, looks left or right and then finishes. The design should be in grey colour (except the body of the deer), then in the end the gross becomes the focus of the scene by becoming fuller in colour, say from grey to black.
