Graduate Recruitment and Social Network site

We are a serious social network website which initially focused on Graduate Recruitment, Talent Demonstration and Knowledge Community, but we are moving into professional social network area in the next 3-5 years to challenge current established professional social network giants. We are aiming for a global business from day one.
We are serious because:
*UK government endorsed and sponsored us based on the criteria 'Having developed world-class innovative ideas or entrepreneurial skills', when we obtained the sponsorship there were only 8 person in the UK had such luck back then;
*5 figures Seed Investment Secured which investors valued this business at £1.25million;
*We are a team of 4 coming from excellent background covering Private Equity, Investment Banking, Computing Engineering and Digital Marketing and we are quitting our full-time solid secure jobs to work on this business;
*We are through to the 2nd round £500k funding competition and are invited to meet James Caan soon to pitch to him in person.

We have been preparing the business for over 6 months, and have the prototype with some basic functionalities behind already. We are currently working with an agency to develop a site based on PHP and MySQL, however we potentially are looking for a tech solid team/individual with solid project management to take over the project. We have all the foundation ready for you to work on, which means very detailed site map, wireframes, specifications etc.

If you are a website development agency: If you are technical focused and solid, with strong record and experiences with developing such more complex social network website, and based in Greater London area or within reasonable commute radius.

If you are a freelance individual with solid PHP programming skills, we would also like to hear from you. For the right individual, we are willing to not only pay you the project fees, but also will consider to invite you onboard with us subject to successful delivery of the project to be in this exciting founding team of 4, with Options/Sweat Equity given.
