Google Ranking - Website Optimisation - Training over Skype

I require a price for the following:

- Review current website/s and work out why the pages don't rank well in Google.
- Advice on how to improve the rankings.
- Including a task list which is to be completed by myself you are not required to complete the tasks but are required to provide me with assistance in the improvement of the sites ranking.
- General tips / training on SEO.
- This project is on going for a few hours a week for about 4+ weeks.
