Google Analytics / Tag-Manager / Re-Marketing implementation

General information for the website: This is start-up focused on new parents and baby products. We offer editorial content and online shopping.
Description of every page/module: This start-up is looking for someone with experience in setting up Google Analytics tracking codes. We need someone to properly implement the Google Tag Management system and ensure all of our Google Analytics functionality is properly active and tracking our user behaviour.

We also need Facebook Pixel tracking and Google Re-Marketing tracking codes in place.

Keep in mind that a bit of support/explanation will be expected, I'm looking for someone to walk me through the process so that future issues can be better understood. We have a nice office in Bermondsey and would be happy to host!

Description of requirements/features: The website is using Drupal

+Organise code using Google Tag Manager
+Set up eCommerce pixel tracking for Google Analytics
+Ensure previous tracking code was properly implemented
+Set up Google Re-Marketing pixel
+Set up Facebook Conversion pixel (same page as eCommerce tracking for GA)
+Provide explanation/support as to how we can manage this code internally
