I need someone that knows Google Analytics to provide me with an implementation guide so I can track the following metrics on a website:
- How the customer gets to the shop results (i.e. from home pg search box, trip builder, sightseeing pg, sample packages, etc) - Add to cart & unsuccessful add to cart products
- Unsuccessful checkouts, registrations (successful as well) and logins
- Tracking logged in users vs unlogged users
- Saved itinerary views
- Saved itinerary conversions to a booking vs. abandons
- Site searches (and sightseeing) that yield no results
- Social shares
- Itinerary downloads
- Customer loyalty (repeat purchasers) and ongoing value
