Google Adwords Expert

We need someone to setup several google adwords campaigns for us for our different sites around the UK. There are 16 sites and we need a campaign setup for each site.
We can give keywords we need etc, we also need the person to be able to give us professional advice regarding the setting up of adwords and how to get the best for our money.

1) You need to demonstrate that you have setup and managed accounts with Google Adwords before.
2) Be UK based and can complete the work before start of next week.
3) Know about negative keywords in google adwords.
