Give a homepage some personality!

I am currently looking for someone to give the whole homepage a "make over" and give it more personality while keeping it looking professional.

The homepage currently uses a plugin called "Builder" - this can go and be replaced by a normal WP page or another plugin (free or premium - just give me a link if premium for purchase).

The image slider also needs to be replaced with a premium plugins called "LayerSlider WP" (this is an essential part of the project and must be used). Each image on there needs to be redesigned from scratch and should make use of the features (layers, etc) within the plugin to make each eye catching but not OTT.

I keep being told the site needs some people on it to make it "more friendly looking". Now I can't stand stock image pretty people laughing into thin air but I understand their point. This probably needs to happen but I would prefer subtle use of them.

I will, of course, purchase any images recommended by the designer.

I'm expecting this project to extend to the rest of the site at a later date.

Please provide samples of previous work similar to this project.
