Girls Clothing To Be Created

I require a pattern cutter/seamstress to help with the creation of clothing for my 10 year old daughter. I would like help with practical advice on choosing the right fabrics, cutting the patterns to size from sketches/drawings created by a fashion designer and finally making the items of clothing. Local to the East/ West Midlands area would be preferable, but not essential as travel can be arranged for meetings.
