Ghost writing indie movie screen play

An indie-movie screenplay for a length between 20-45 minutes. A common Philippine fisherman who is thrust into an uncommon situation. He must make a quest against the odds to plead his villages case against the evil (Chinese) land baron bent on his villages destruction to make way for a proposed resort. Along the way he overcomes adversity and defeats the attacker sent after him to silence the voice of the common man. (There is more to it than what I can reveal here.)
I have a rough script written as a guideline. Being a videographer more than a writer I find myself in need of assistance.
