Ghost writing

I have been working on a set of memoirs relating to me, running from 2002 until 2008 it has taken me this long to sift through the score of written pages and now so deep into it I’m drowning in the detail and unable to get things into context.

The written material is about my life experience of living in a love triangle and I did this as therapy rather than going through the medical profession and it worked however, my goal now is to turn the information into a book but cannot get things into perspective or remove the emotional grip and I end up frustrated and put it away for another few months and revisit it only to do the same again.
