Ghost Writer for short novel - English

Looking for a ghost writer to create a novel for eBook publication based on detailed story outlines. The story should have a similar tone and depth to books by authors such as James Patterson, Suzanne Collins, and Veronica Roth. The plot's main character is a typical suburban teenager who accidentally learns that they have a gift/skill with unintended consequences.
