Get My Wordpress Blog To Display Posts On A Specific Page

This is a simple task for someone who knows what they're doing.

I have a Wordpress blog at http://lysette-offley.personalbrandexperts.com

In short, I need my blog posts to display on a page called blog. This is currently not working for some reason.
