Get Magento Site Live & Integration Finished

I have been trying to get a new site using Magento and freelance developers. It has turned out to be a problem, as people are to ready to say they can do the job, assume they can cope, but cant. My most recent developer has now run away and I am trying to find someone who can finish my site which is complex, but not insurmountable:

Design/skin has been done
Magento V1.6 set up on Amazon
Exisiting work is at new.scosarg.com
Sagepay is setup as a payment gateway

We also need set up the several extensions that we have purchased including:
EU VAT Grouper - Tax Rules
Blog - community edition
Pronav - for menu
M2epro - to connect to ebay
Madcapsule ship@ease - for Interlink Shipping integration/calculation

Integrate our data files [which drive the site are]
SSPRODUC.DBF - contains all new stock
SSOPTION.DBF - contains Optional equipment for machines SSGROUP.DBF - contains grouped products [eg saw blades available in different sizes]
SSSH.DBF - contains used machinery [all prefixed by SH SKU is stock number/image]
SSLINKS.DBF - Contains associated items
SSCATS.DBF - Category structure
SSPRDMED.DBF - Links to manufacturers literature

Image Naming convention:
Primary image is SKU - Secondary Image is suffixed by B,C,D etc

I can send a link to dropbox if you would like ot look at the existing scripts & our database files, if you think this is the type of work you CAN finish. I have so far been messed around by 2 people/developers who thought they could .. but couldnt. I just want to make the right choice to get it running.
