So...
I have a spreadsheet with 130 places listed on it and I have two columns that I want added to it, Places in places and Postcodes. See the spreadsheet attached and take a look at the Camden example.
So you need to find the place in Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_districts_in_Camden
extract the districts AND edit them so that they are just the places AND then separate them with commas.
So the Camden list looked like this:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_districts_in_Camden
I copied it to notepad and edited down to this:
St. Pancras,Belsize Park,Bloomsbury,Camden Town,Chalk Farm,Covent Garden,Dartmouth Park,Fitzrovia,Fortune Green,Frognal,Gospel Oak,Hampstead,Haverstock,Highgate,Holborn,Kentish Town,Kings Cross,Peckwater Estate,Primrose Hill,Regent's Park Estate,Saffron Hill,St. Giles,St Pancras,Somers Town,South Hampstead,Swiss Cottage,Tufnell Park,West End,West Hampstead
and then copied it into one cell in the spreadsheet.
The postcodes come from a page like this:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/London_Borough_of_Camden in the “Districts and environs” section, they don’t really need editing, just copying and pasting.
Easy right? Please provide an example of one of the places as your proposal, otherwise you will be deleted and I won’t ever talk to you again... I need the job done by the end of the weekend at the latest, if you can do it tomorrow you get bonus points!!
PLEASE USE CROYDON as your example (thanks)
Thanks for looking!
