Get an existing website designed ...

Currently developing a simple sailing game. We have a website up and running which has the basic structure of the game already created. Need to work with someone to turn that basic structure into a nicely finished and highly-usable website. That someone will need to have good HTML, CSS and Javascript knowledge plus of course good design and usability skills. We are keen to move quite quickly - but most of all keen to do a good job to give the game the best chance it can have. Knowledge of sailing might be helpful but not super important (the game needs to appeal to non-sailors too).
