General SEO work on website

Hi, I am the owner of a website. Currently we are getting about 100 unique hits per day but I want to get much more - ideally get up to 300-500 per day which I think is achievable. I want someone to work with me on doing this - mainly through organic SEO.

Goes without saying no automation, no duplication, no site wides, no recipricol, no spamming, no porn/casino/viagra associations and totally white hat.

Links MUST be relevant to the content of the landing page we are optimising for - no random spammy comments etc. I have some very SEO savvy clients who want the real deal of link building for professional commerce sites so this isn't a quick-fix mass backlink project it is for long-term, sustainable, panda-safe, ethical link buidling.

I would require a spreadsheet of the links obtained including some site metrics for each backlink site.

Can you please outline what work you would suggest and also, what you would charge. I am happy to have the bulk of the work done initially and then to have a rolling contract for week by week work. I think link building would also be important.
