Games programming - Card game for iPhone (GameCenter)

Description: I need help writing a 6-player card game for iPhone using Native UIKit elements. I have the exact rules and basic graphics. I am looking for gameplay/gameflow help.

Graphics are not required, I am looking for games developers to help with the programming of the game, and ensure that the game flows and works correctly.

Requirements
GameCenter and GameKit specifically player on turn mechanic
Bots to always ensure that there is the maximum number of players, even if someone drops out.
UIKit, Core Animation and animated transitions
Logical flow of the game
Must know how to program card games
Must have programmed a game with iPhone before
Can speak english and can follow instructions

I have started the project, but I am more than happy to start the project from scratch

Deliverables:
GameCenter integration, turn by turn
Game play programming
Graphics are provided. This is not a deliverable or requirement.
IPA and all source code
TestFlight (where necessary)
