Game box template design for logo

I have a template for a design outline. Dimensions have to be perfect and will be provided upon contact. I have basic design ideas and I logo for the game as well. What I need done is a professional eye to see that it gets done properly. It will be the design of a box that will be folded and used for a card game. I have uploaded an attachment of the exact layout I need. I will provide further details once contacted. I need this to look great because this is the first thing the consumer is going to see when purchasing my product!
