Functional PHP website - similar to Animoto

I need someone to create a website in 2 stages:
1) Company website (5-6 pages) to display information about the company, contact us page, services of the company and etc...

2) That would be much more bigger website. This will be divided to front-end and back-end systems.
The front-end system will allow users to:
* Register / Login
* My account page
* Uploading images (up to 4mb for each image)
* Order Form
* Intergration to Paypal.
* Images Gallery
* Video Gallery

The back-end system will allow:
* Manage content
* Manage Orders
* Manage Categories
* Manage Type of Content
* Manage Newsletter System
* Manage users
* Manage Gallery

This is not the final requirements, as I will discuss more with the potentials bidders.

We will work closely and we will have each day a skype meeting to discuss and code review.

The code should be written in PHP and mySQL databse.

Preferable CMS is word press, but open to other offers.
