Full screen video background website + blog

Hello

This is just a speculative project for the moment as i am not sure which is the best approach to take and what price to expect. Once you have read through the options I'd be interested to hear your advice and cost per option.

What i want.

I need a website which runs a video loop full screen in the background, the video must be compatible with non-flash devices and reactive to each device.

While also running video there will also be an audio track also looping in the background. There will be separate controls for these, so the user can pause or turn the video off, while the audio continues.

The nav bar will be centered and present on screen at all times, maybe it will dim when the user is no longer hovering over it?

Under the sites nav bar will be an area where google adsense will be added

There will also be a blog attached to it, i'm thinking wordpress would be best?

Option 1 - edit wordpress theme/templates

I show you a selection of wordpress themes and one is selected and you edit it to the needs.
then i am able to continue updating it as and when i need to.

We find a html template and make the same customizations.

I like how the video and audio is still present during the blog viewing, from what i have read though, the support for the theme is poor and the template is full of bugs :-s the two below seem to be from a good team.
