Front webpage design - Layered PSD

Hi,

I had a designer who was awesome but has now taken a full time job, he provided great concepts and was relaxed about revisions and tweaks to colour etc etc. I am now in need of a new designer to use to produce concepts as new websites come along. I am asking you to provide a single front page design for my own site, if you do a good job then you will become the first person I ask for future sites. Additionally future work may include concepts for:

- Websites
- Web based apps
- Logos
- Business cards

So please send a reply starting with your favourite flavour of Toffee and then include:
- a brief description of your ideas for a new concept for www.toffeebyte.co.uk - I would be particular interested to know how you could feel orange may work alongside our logo (see attached photo of our shirts)
- examples of your designs
- Where you are based and what you would charge for the other 3 things above. Including your revision policy
- Your typical turn around for a first concept and the hours that you work

The chosen bidder will provide the final deliverable as a layered PSD.
