Front End Web Developer

Temporary to permanent web development person required for small company in Bournemouth, Dorset.
You must be available to come in to our office - so no remote working initially.
You need to be skilled at HTML, CSS, Java, Email creation and have a good understanding of Wordpress as a CMS for websites.
Your role generally will be to assist in building of websites, but also making amendments for two weeks from the 22nd of February until the 6th of March.
Thereafter, subject to satisfactory work you will be kept on for other projects and can work from home (but we would still need regular contact from you).

The job requires someone who is fast, can work on pretty much anything and who is a good problem solver.

Mostly though, you must be good with Wordpress above and beyond making blogs.

NOTE:

A few people have asked about the budget on this. I'll make this simple. I've experienced bad 'remote' developers too many times and we end up with unhappy clients.

If you are local and cost more - that's fine and we will consider this as an option without issue. We understand the value of good development but we have been let down many, many times with remote workers.

So, if you are LOCAL and you have a different hourly rate then please bid. The budget is a guide. If you're great and fast, then we'll of course pay more, but note the work is 'tidy up' and support based, so we're not expecting you do do cartwheels for us.
