Front end re-design of a website

Description: Hi. I am looking for someone to help me with the front end re-design of my website. I am pleased with the site itself technically but the look and feel is very "clunky" and needs to be made more appealing. I am not looking for a complete re-work but ideally tuning of what is there. I have looked at your portfolio and some of the work was very net rested especially the first few slides.

Can you let me know if you engage in this type of work, what you would offer and how you recommend we progress?
